Let me give you the tools to live a happier life

Hello
My name is Liz. I'm a fully qualified Therapist and Motivational coach and a registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP 678602). I work integratively - which means I combine different types of counselling and psychotherapy which include: Transactional Analysis, Client Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
My Story
Hi, I'm Liz, I'll try and make this brief!
I bravely stepped into my first therapy session at the age of 28, after dramatically leaving my five-year domestic violent relationship and the house I lived in. I had just had a baby too; she was 5 months old the morning I left with her.

I luckily managed to get a little flat within weeks just big enough for my daughter and I back in my hometown in South East London. This is where my self development journey started.
An amazing friend of mine (who sadly passed away too soon) gave me the gift of 4 months psychotherapy which i immediately started once settled in our flat.
Therapy was hugely challenging but the best thing I ever did. My therapist believed in me and connected me to the real Liz, the adult Liz who was surprisingly super strong and fierce.
I started to believe in the new Liz so much that I signed up to my first year of six in psychotherapy and counselling training.
Juggling a baby/toddler, studying and working was tough. However despite this I successfully qualified with flying colours when my daughter was 7 years old.
I set up my own practice which went from strength to strength, relying mainly on recommendations from past clients. During this time I attended further courses in Neuro linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to add to my toolkit of help.
Seventeen years on - and several thousand clients later - I have developed my own framework to help people live a happier life.
